Malayalam Cinema’s ace director Shri I V Sasi (Irruppam Veedu Sasidaran, 69) breathed his last today morning, at Chennai. He was being taken to the Hospital on complaints of breathing trouble, when the inevitable happened.
No feature film director can ever claim what Shri I V Sasi has accomplished during his career of over three decades. Having directed more than 150 films in multiple languages, many of which were super-hits, he stands very tall in the Indian Cinema Industry!
